Orders are typically processed within 2 business days from the date of purchase. Once processed, items are shipped and the estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 business days after processing. Total delivery time is usually 7 to 9 business days depending on your location and shipping carrier. Please note that lamps are delicate items and may require additional handling time to ensure proper packaging. We will notify you if this applies to your order.

Shipping Methods

We offer standard shipping across the United States. Based on your location and the size of your lamp, we will select the fastest available carrier among FedEx, USPS, or UPS to ensure your lamp reaches you promptly. All lamps are carefully packaged with protective materials to prevent damage during transit.

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all lamp orders shipped to addresses anywhere within the United States.

Same‑Day Dispatch & Tracking Policy

We value your time. That is why we have implemented a fast dispatch system:

  • Cut‑off time: 19:00 PM (7:00 PM) Central Standard Time
  • If you place an order at or before 19:00 PM, your lamp will be dispatched the same day, and your tracking number will be provided the same day.
  • If you place an order after 19:00 PM, your order will be dispatched the next morning immediately when operations begin, and your tracking number will be provided that next morning.

Summary: Order today → tracking today (if before 7:00 PM) OR next morning tracking (if after 7:00 PM). This ensures fast delivery, customer satisfaction, and early product benefit.

Order Tracking

Once your lamp order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. This allows you to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your package.

Address Accuracy

It is important to ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. SnapRush is not responsible for delayed or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Any additional shipping costs incurred due to address errors will be the responsibility of the customer.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

We understand that situations may arise where you need to modify or cancel your lamp order. For such requests, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to assist you.
